Privacy Policy

Last updated: 26 May 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how IDO Webs ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses and protects the personal information you provide when you visit idowebs.lt or contact us through our website forms.

1. Who we are

IDO Webs is a web design and development studio based in Lithuania. If you have any questions about this policy or your personal data, you can reach us at hello@idowebs.lt.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you give us. Depending on the form you use, this may include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • Your project budget, type and any details you choose to share
  • Files you attach to your message
  • Your newsletter preference (only if you opt in)

We also collect basic technical data through our website (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) for security, performance and analytics. This data is processed by services like Meta Pixel as described in section 6.

3. Why we use it

We use your data only for the purpose it was given:

  • To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote
  • To deliver the services you have requested
  • To send you occasional updates and offers — only if you opted in
  • To keep our website secure and improve how it works

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on (a) your consent, (b) the steps required to enter into a contract with you, and (c) our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as it is needed to handle your project and meet our legal obligations. Newsletter subscribers are kept on the list until they unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@idowebs.lt.

6. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with the tools and providers we need to run our business, such as:

  • Our email provider (to receive and reply to your messages)
  • Our hosting provider (to deliver the website)
  • Analytics and ad tools (Meta Pixel) for visit measurement

These providers may process your data outside the European Economic Area, in which case we rely on the safeguards required by applicable law.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to keep the website working and to measure how it is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct or delete it
  • Withdraw your consent at any time
  • Object to or restrict how we use it
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • File a complaint with the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI)

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@idowebs.lt.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the "last updated" date at the top.
